How will my property be marketed?
We develop a unique marketing strategy for all properties which allows us to promote your home or commercial property to its maximum potential. Our unique strategy allows for a broader range of "qualified" buyers.

Can we cancel the listing if we're not happy?
Generally, you and AFCO will have a signed contract for a specified period of time; although everything is negotiable.

What systems do you have in place that will keep you in constant contact with me during the listing and the transaction?
The system we have in place is simple, we have created an open line of communication with all of our clients.

Why are you personally motivated to sell my house or commercial property?

Do you personally answer all phone calls / questions on the property?
Yes. You can trust that we will always be there to answer your questions and those questions potential buyers may have of your property.

Do you work alone or do you have a team?

What can I expect from my real estate agent?

You should expect your agent to be with you at every step of the process to personally make arrangements to show you every home you wish to view, including but not limited to their current listings, other companies listings, and F.S.B.O properties. To work with all Real Estate Agents in a professional and courteous manner.

AFCO Financial Services is licensed under the laws of the state of Texas and by state law is subject to regulatory oversight by the Texas Savings and Loan Department. Any consumer wishing to file a complaint against AFCO Financial Services should complete, sign, and send a complaint form to the Texas Savings and Loan Department, 2601 North Lamar, Suite 201, Austin, Texas 78705. Complaint forms and instructions may be downloaded and printed from the department's web site located at WWW.TSLD.STATE.TX.US or obtained from the department upon request by mail at the address above, by telephone at its toll-free consumer hotline at 1-877-276-5550, by fax at (512) 475-1360, or by e-mail at TSLD@TSLD.STATE.TX.US. The department maintains the mortgage broker recovery fund to make payments of certain types of judgments against a mortgage broker or loan officer. Not all claims are compensable and a court must order the payment of a claim from the recovery fund before the department may pay a claim. For more information about the recovery fund, please consult Subchapter F of the Mortgage Broker License Act on the department's web site referenced above.
