Guillermo A. Garza, President & C.E.O Mr. Guillermo A. Garza, a native of the Rio Grande Valley, offers over 30 years experience in the banking, finance and real estate industries. With this vast experience to guide him, Mr. Garza created AFCO for his clients looking for both traditional and extended services. As the founder and president of the company, he is our guiding light. Mr. Garza is currently the driving force behind AFCO and has worked very hard at maintaining his client base, while running this progressive company. After more than 30 years of finance and banking experience, he still enjoys helping his customers find the right program for their needs. He is proud of his company, but even prouder of the service he has provided to his customers over the years. He attended Pan American University (now The University of Texas at Pan American) Texas A&I University, St. Edwards University, and the Southwestern School of Banking. Maria D. Garza, C.F.O. Mrs. Maria D. Garza, also a native of the Rio Grande Valley, has been with the company since its inception (1993). While acting in a dual role as the company's Financial Officer and our lead Loan Coordinator, Mrs. Garza has been a key part of the growth.
