OUR HISTORY
Since opening our doors in 1993 as a Real Estate Brokerage Firm, our services have expanded to include the brokerage of Commercial and Residential Mortgages. The service area for AFCO Financial Corporation has also expanded significantly over the last 15 years. Primarily, our customer base was concentrated in the Lower Rio Grande Valley, but currently we operate throughout the entire State of Texas with a strong focus in San Antonio, Austin and Dallas. The foundation of AFCO is based on exceptional customer service with every effort towards the development of a long-term relationship with each and every client. As our history becomes the present, we are seeing our efforts materialize as we recognize a significant number of repeat customers. Our success is measured by the number of these repeat customers as well as the referrals they entrust with our services.
AFCO Financial Corporation is licensed in the state of Texas. Continued growth and development is anticipated.
OUR PRESIDENT
While serving in various directorial positions within the banking and finance industry; Mr. Garza realized there was an opportunity to develop a system focused primarily on the needs of the customer by utilizing a streamlined process with a team approach mentality. Mr. Garza founded AFCO Financial Corporation in 1993 with this concept in mind.
